Order processing

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are handmade and processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking information via email.

Delivery time

How long does delivery take?

Delivery in Finland usually takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking code that allows you to track your parcel all the way.

Cancellation

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order as long as it has not yet been prepared. Please contact us as soon as possible via email.

Delivery address

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact customer service as soon as possible, and we will assist you.

Monitoring

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. You can use it to track your package.

Order Confirmation

I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?

First, check your spam folder. If you still can't find the message, please contact us - we'll help you right away.

Tracking is not working

The tracking code isn't working. What should I do?

The tracking code may activate within 24–48 hours of shipment. If the problem persists, please contact us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return

Can I return a product or get a refund?

Since each fragrance is individually made according to the customer's choices, returns are generally not accepted.
If there is a defect or problem with the product, please contact us – we will always find a solution.

Wrong product

I received the wrong product. What should I do?

We apologize for the error. Please contact us and include a picture of the product, and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Processing a refund

I received a confirmation of the refund, but the money isn't showing up?

Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few days for the payment to be returned to your account.

Does the product have a warranty?

If you experience any problems with the product, please contact us. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your order.

Can I really create my own fragrance?

Yes. You choose the fragrance through its main notes and combinations – each bottle is made according to your choices.

Where are the fragrances made?

All fragrances are handcrafted in Finland, with care and individually for each order.
